Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information we collect through visionnostic.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website only. Each app we publish will have its own privacy policy on its own page.

Who we are

This website is run by VisionNostic Technologies (Private) Limited, a company registered in Pakistan ("VisionNostic", "we", "us"). For any privacy question, email info@visionnostic.com.

What we collect

When you send the contact form, we receive:

• your name and email address,
• your phone or WhatsApp number, if you choose to give it,
• the service you are interested in, and your message.

When you visit the site, we count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not follow you across other websites. It tells us things like which pages are visited and roughly from which country, not who you are.

For security, our hosting provider Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to keep the site safe and to block spam on the contact form.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this website.

Why we use it

• To reply to your message and talk with you about your project.
• To keep a record of enquiries so we do not lose track of them.
• To keep the website working, secure and free of spam.
• To understand which pages are useful, so we can improve the site.

Who can see it

Your message is sent to our company email inbox and saved in our private company system. Only VisionNostic staff who need it can see it. We use these service providers to run the website and our email:

• Cloudflare: website hosting, security, spam protection and visitor counts.
• Google: our company email.
• Supabase: the database behind our private company system.

If you message us on WhatsApp, that chat is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy.

These providers may store data on servers outside Pakistan. They process it for us and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.

We never sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages for up to 12 months, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep the messages that relate to your project as part of our business records for as long as the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what information we have about you,
• correct it, or
• delete it.

Email info@visionnostic.com from the address you used to contact us. We will reply within 30 days.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top. Important changes will be clearly marked.
